Please be at the venue 10 minutes before Start time (Location and Start time TBD)  

Participants will be asked to setup the Poster-Boards shortly after Start-Time 

When you are in the Venue, please find the Table Number you are assigned and setup your poster (Tri Fold Self-Standing) on your Table

Please feel free to bring in a Laser Pointer or other tools that facilitate presenting your Poster

Please plan to hang around till end of the event for the Award Ceremony and wind-up right after

WATA organizers will provide Water and light Snacks in the community room. But participants are encouraged to bring in reusable water bottles

Please reach out to WATA organizers/ volunteers for any help needed

Most importantly, please bring in your friends and family to the event and have a great learning and sharing experience 

We would like to thank every participant for being such an inspiration to the community (You are all WINNERS already!!)

Poster Exhibition will be judged by 3 to 4 judges highly qualified in Tamil and passionate about Tamil Culture and Traditions

In addition, we also plan to have Youth-Judges assessing the Posters and Presentations for Youth-Appeal

Participants are highly encouraged to upload a Video (6-8 minutes) presentation of the Poster to Google Drive and share a link with enrichment.wata@gmail.com before the event
